November in Paris

"In Paris, everybody wants to be an actor; nobody is content to be a spectator." – Jean Cocteau

Renaissance Paris Vendome, 1st arrondissement: upscale boutique hotel, where you can pamper yourself with little luxuries, like its lush spa.

↓ Merci concept store, Boulevard Beaumarchais.

Grand Pigalle, 9th arrondissement: cosmopolitan par excellence, this hotel is above all, a Parisian address.

This and that

Hi September. I am ready for you, again.
I can't wait to see some projects published,
and starting some new ones.

I am also looking forward to Autumn light,
here in Amsterdam. And lots of brunchs on cold Saturdays.

Some things I have been doing and loving lately...

I am currently reading this book.
I am in love with this handcrafted greenery I saw at a market.
I bought this wool coat, perfect for this summer-winter in Amsterdam.

I have been to this, this and this (again) restaurants.
The second one has the most beautiful view
and delicious pies ever.

I have cooked this tea-poached salmon from The Kinfolk Table,
and asked my father to send me a bottle of this wine from Spain.

KH Würtz Ceramics

The Würtz style is simultaneously contemporary in design and archaic in the crafting, just like my photographs. I am inspired by the old Masters but, at the same time, I am a woman of modernity and technology. Timeless but future-oriented.

I feel inspired by the beauty of details and so I've tried to transmit when photographing their creations.

In Residence

The more I travel, the more I feel at home when I'm away from home. Traveling sometimes can feel lonely, so you have to fill that 'not-at-home' emptiness with experiences, moments and people. And that's what really makes traveling a true experience, each time, every time.
